I think the most romantic, or nostalgic, or sensual time for any city, and especially Paris, is in the morning, with everyone trying to get to work. Because Paris, like New York, is a walking city. And walking takes you thru little alleys and narrow streets, which is where the heart of a city, like Paris, lives.
